4. Orders and Payment
Orders can be placed through our website. We currently accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Direct Bank Transfer
An order is confirmed once payment (for bank transfer) is received or once a COD order is verified by our team.
5. Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout. Local pickup is available from our Sialkot location. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
6. Returns and Warranty
Products found to be defective or not as described may be eligible for return or exchange, subject to inspection by our team. Please contact us within a reasonable time of receiving your order if there is an issue. Warranty terms, where applicable, vary by product and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
